Poster session

We invite young academic (under 35) and private attendees (companies less than 3 years old) to submit posters relating to their research findings in inflammation and autoimmunity research and technologies.
The posters should be related to the four topics identified for the Convention programme, that is to say:

  • Signal Transduction
  • Tissue Specific Auto-immunity (liver, cardiovascular, skin, kidney)
  • Diagnostics and biomarkers
  • Novel Therapeutic Approaches

The posters (and their abstracts) will be evaluated by the members of the Scientific Committee according to the criteria of quality and industrial transferability; the best three posters will be given a money prize.

The prizes are summarised in the following table:
1st place: 2000 euro
2nd place: 1500 euro
3rd place: 1000 euro
Plus another Scientific Committee “special prize” of 1000 euro

The selected abstracts will allow the main author
to attend the Convention free of charge !

The selection process will be divided into two steps:
1 – Abstract submission and evaluation:
The abstracts should be submitted in English by October 12th to the organising committee by sending an e-mail to francesca.pellegrino@seronosymposia.org.

2 – Poster submission and evaluation
The selected abstracts will be notified by October 22th and will be invited to present their poster in English during the Convention. The prize winners will be announced during the closing plenary session on November 7th.
