Poster session

We invite young academic (under 35) and private attendees (companies less than 3 years old) to submit posters exhibiting their findings in bioinformatics and proteomics research and technologies.
The posters should be related to one of the four topics identified for the Convention programme, which are:

• Bioinformatics for proteomics data
• Bioinformatics for genomics and transcriptomics data
• Beyond discovery in proteomics
• Translational medicine with proteomics

The posters (and their abstracts) will be evaluated by the members of the Scientific Committee according to the criteria of research quality and industrial transferability.

The selection process will be divided into two steps:
1 – Abstract submission and evaluation:
The abstracts should be submitted in English by October 10^th to the organising committee by sending an e-mail to contact@bioalps.org. The selected abstracts will be notified by October 20^th. Authors of the selected abstracts are committed to present their poster in English during the Convention.

The selected abstracts will allow the main author
to attend the Convention free of charge!

2 – Poster evaluation
Four posters (one for each category) will be selected during the Convention and will be announced during the closing plenary session on December 4^th.

The best poster for each topic category will be awarded with 1'000 CHF!
